am i having threat for hiv
couple of days back i had a full body massage by a male with oil.then he has excited me and i ejaculated in his hand.later i realizied small cut in his had which was 7 hrs old.i am also having itching scortem and penis . no penetrative sex.does this expose me to hiv. pl help
