am i overreacting?

Hello doctor HHH,

recently i had a protected sexual intercourse with a sex worker.During this encounter i felt guilty for what i did that moment for personal reasons(cause i am married)and some minutes later i stopped without ejaculation. Then the sex worker used some toilet paper to take off the condom from my pennis and i am afraid that she might touched the tip of my pennis with the paper which previously had already touched the outer side of the condom(with vaginal secretions).1)Do you think i put my self at risk from this action?
Later because i didn't ejaculate i started thinking the option that the condom might broke during the encounter. When i pulled out it seemed to be intact and on its position.2)Do you think that it might broke and didn't see that? When a condom breaks or tears isn't it visible and obvious?
Thank you for hearing me and sorry for disturbing you with my silly, probably, questions but anxiety and the feeling of guilty play dangerous games with the mind of human beings.

hoping for your answer(and sorry for my poor english)
with respect

You had safe sex and clearly your only problem is your guilt over the event.  I'm not a counselor;  you're on your own to deal with it.  The direct ansswers are 1) The risk was zero if the condom was intact; any risk from the way it was removed is too low to worry about.  2) How can I know what the condom looked like after the event???  But if it had broken, it would have been obvious.
