am i right?

Am i right when thinking about HIV transmission through a wound , that in order for DRY blood to enter the body there must be a wound that is actively bleeding so that a fresh blood mixes with dry and in a way get`s it back in bloodstream? Can a dry blood enter a wound that has already stopped bleeding? I am thinking that HIV can enter through a wound that is alredy stopped bleeding only if it is fresh blood or any other body fluid.

You read wrong. HIV does not stay infectious outside its host.

i said that because i was reading study about survival of HIV in dried blood  and the statement was that it can survive for a few hours, untill  the blood is completely driedout, and when it is closed in place without air a few days must pass for HIV to become unactive

No, you're wrong.

HIV loses its infectiousness the moment it leaves its host (the human body).  Dry blood cannot infect a wound, and wet blood cannot either.  This has never happened outside the healthcare field.
