am i under a high rish ? pls help me

i have sex with a girl with condom , but i touch her clit with my fingers , and after almost 1 hour (i'm sure the finger is dry ) , i use the finger to scratch my skin ,and i can see blood after that . ....

i want to ask , am i under a high risk ? how long will the HIV virus live without body fluid ?
