an question for every one

I have read a lot of posts in this forum, and i found all the expert here said that there is no risk if the condom cover just the head of penis,so my question is if there is a little abraison on the foreskin of penis,and the vaginal fluid touch the foreskin of penis,is there any risk or not?and what kind of wound on the foreskin of penis can lead to an infection of HIV?and in the case of phimosis?thank you very very verymuch.

sometime the condom is too small to covering all the foreskin,specially for the people who have phimosis and pull back their foreskin before putting the condom on the penis.

If the condom wasn't covering the foreskin you couldn't keep a condom on.

No.. Cut your penis off and you have a risk.
