hello, about 2 months ago i was in bed with a guy and we played around like we kissed briefly then he layed on me and rubbed his penis on my anus area but from the outside, he didn't insert it in me, then he came on that area.. is this a risk? i didn't think much about it because i assumed it's a safe sex since he didn't insert it in, but now i am having weird fever, not flue or anything but my whole body feels hot and warm air comes from my mouth/nose.. is this HIV symptom? am i at risk? thank you.

are you sure of this? this is the first time i get a fever like feeling (feel warm especially my forehead, tired) but no actual fever, no flue, sour throat etc..
