answers please

I asked for your help last year  i took everyones advise on here but none of my sytoms have gone away now my in 2009 i took a hiv test at my local clinic i had unprotecded oral anal on me and bj no one ejeculated i only had 1 encounter with this person found out they had hiv so i waited 5 months forsure and got tested 1 time it came back negitive now it is three years later and it still will not go out of my mind what i8s the%%% that i am negitive im very scared cuz none of the symtoms will go away ive been to the dr. so many times and they dont  no whats wrong if i was negitive i should be alright but they want me to take another test what should i do ?

No you should not worry about HIV

even dry mouth or thrush vance , vomiting , headaces, nasea , vance i want to trust every thing u say that im all good but now ive had girlfriend now for 10 months and she been having alot of symtoms to she at the hos. right now because of some of the symtoms im scared because i thought i was all good at a 5 month test i told myself i was never having high risk sex never again and since that 1 time i havnt so i should not worry at all about hiv ?

Do whatever you want to do, HIV is not your issue. You do not get continued symptoms from HIV. If one gets symptoms it lasts for 1-2 weeks thats all.
