anyone going to help me out? pls!

Even w open wounds/cuts? Why are other professionals telling me it can be a risk if it was bleeding at the time mine wasn't but n hiv counselor told me u have to be literally punched in the mouth and be bleeding to have any possible risk. Why did they say that then? Pls explain, thank you.-no one yet has answered me or wanted too, its like everytime I ask this specific question everyone turns the other way, can anyone help answer pls. Thank you!
