at what point does swollen nodes occur? i had my 3 month negative result back in july and now im having swollen nodes and a dark spot on my hand about the size of the nail on my pinky. would swollen lymp nodes in terms of hiv infection occur 5 months after being infected or better yet after a negative result at 14 week?

You won't get symptoms for HIV if you've had a 3 month conclusive test. You are HIV negative. See your doctor for your concerns, they're unrelated to HIV.
