are HIV RNA and an HIV Ab/AG tests conclusive at 5 weeks?

On March 19th I had unprotected vaginal sex with a partner who's status is unknown.  I'm female, and the male did not ejaculate.  At 37 days I had an RNA test as well as an antibody/antigen test both of which were negative.  I plan to test again at 12 weeks since that seems to still be the guideline.  I've read a lot of different opinions on various forums in regards to the 12 week time limit, so I am wondering,  how good of an indicator are the two negative tests I already had?  I appreciate any concrete information that a doctor can tell me as the Internet is full of contradicting information that I'm trying to ignore.

Thank you,

Lola

Hello,
Unprotected penetration poses a risk of HIV transmission.
An HIV test at the right time will give you accurate results.
A 4th generation test should be done at 4 weeks post exposure and a simple HIV test at three months post exposure.
Keep calm and test at the right time.
Take care
