are these symptoms of hiv?

what are the symptoms because i am getting very sick for no reason and my lips burn everyday.does it sound like hiv?i have been tested for it but it came out negaitive but that was only like two weeks after the situation.how long should i wait to get tested?i have flu like symtpoms and i have these red bumps on my body that are somewhat painful.my body hasnt been feeling normal for a long time now.my snot has been coming out very much liquity.it looks more like slob.i dont know what to do.im scared.please help with this.thanks alot.all of this stuff has been happeneing for a while now.im starting to look funny and develop these small bumps everywhere.what is going on?the bumps are and sort of painful and my eyes are burning and the inside of my nose is burning but the thing that bothers me the most is my lips.they burn in different stages almost everyday.but i havent had any outbreaks or sores.when i put on my lipgloss that i used a long time ago when they were burning to sooth my lips the other day,the tip of the lipgloss still had a burning sensation on it and my lips started burning again.that was a while ago and the tip of the tube barely touched my lips.what could it be?could all of this be multiple diseases at once?im starting to sneeze and cough and stuff but i dont think i have a cold at all.what are the symptoms of hiv?what does all of this sound like?thanks alot

Those are not symptoms of HIV. If you had unprotected vaginal or anal sex then yes you need to test. A 3 month test will give you a conclusive result.
