Alright. I have been tested for all other stds as well all negative. The only thing i ask is that if I decide to persue a long term relationship should I test at 12 weeks or am I ok sexually to go ahead with it without testing

You did have a risk for HIV. Even if your partner was HIV+ the virus would have begin to break down as soon as it was exposed to the atmosphere. Oral and protected vaginal sex is not an HIV risk.

Handjob with immense vaginal secretions followed up by unprotected oral and protected sex. Condom in tact the whole time during the protective sex.

You would have a 95-99% accuracy rate if you test at six weeks.  Regardless of what ever symptoms you think you have.  What was your results?  What was your exposure?

Very likely.

In truth it would probably depend what test you used.  Duo/ combo conclusive at 4 week's. Antibody only at 12 weeks.

But ARS usually happens at first few weeks anyway.

Hope this help's.

All the best.
