ars rash still at eight weeks?

Is it possible to get ars rash at week five and still have it at week eight?? The rash started on the right side of my neck and quickly spread to the centre then to the left side it is red and pimply in some spots, felt like there was something under the skin in another spot
some spots, it was very tender, itchy and inflamed, and would get very irritated from colar of coveralls rubbing on it at work, i let my beard grow out for a week and though it was going away but when i shaved it irritatated it and now its just like it was before and looks a little bumpy.. I also had two small patches on my left palm which had bumps on it and when i press on it i can see red spots under the skin this started at about 6 weeks and no longer has bumps on it but still red patched
s, these red patches kept peeling over and over at first, i work as a welder  and is wondering if maybe the sweat, dirt and friction of my colar could have started the rash, also a little before i got the rash while shaving my beard i noticed the shaving cream was black when i would shave from dirt being trapped in my beard from work, is it possible it could have came from that?? also i had a stiff neck and strange sensation under my armpit leading me to think it was a swollen gland but i couldnt feel anything there, im soo scared and stresses that it may be ars and will bet tested as soon as possible
