can u have ars symptoms are diahhrea and sore throat with no fever ?

its not anxiety i had the HIV Ag test when i looked at my papers today and it came negative after 8 weeks so i a m just asking for knowledge please help just i get sure that hiv ag after 8 weeks is final ?
