autoantibodies , and hiv

hi dcr . i had an intercors using a condom with sex worker it was the first time i ever do this.. the condom didnt break ,or slipt..after while like six week i have some pain under my arm pit , the pain becom more stronger when ithot weather and less with the cool weathe , i hade a normal blood chek up . the result come back after 2 days every thing was ok except the ANA test was positive with 160 titer ..my question is : is the under arm related tp the ana positive test ? and are the they both related to hiv ? am i at risk of hiv even thought i used the condom

thanks 4 answering my question , but why the antinuclear antibody , comes paoitive specially after  what happen , is that could be normal ?

- NO Blood test is related to HIV except an HIV antibody test, pcr/dna, or p24 . The p24 is NOT approved for diagnostic purposes. Any other test you have at the Dr.'s means NOTHING where HIV is concerned.
- That said, you have had NO RISK of HIV from this encounter.
