baker's cysts and HIV

I have recurring baker's cysts. Also a friend had ruptured baker's cysts. Neither of us had ever heard of them before the past year. Both HIV positive and on medication for over a decade. We are both on Truvada (tenofovir and 3TC), but the other combination is different. I haven't seen anything about this as a side effect?

No one is treated with just a NRTI by itself for HIV.
