birthmark-like scar on penis

A few hours after protected sex with a CSW, I noticed a birthmark-like scar on the head of my penis.
that was 2 weeks ago and the scar still remains.
At first I thought it was bruising, but 2 weeks later and it is still there.
I am now extremely worried.
The encounter was protected but I noticed that the condom did start to slip off at one stage. Almost halfway.
I've had a look around online but could not match its description to any STD.
Anyone have any ideas?
