biting

Hello

I have observed some of the posts here regarding transmission, and while what i'm asking is ridiculous, I hope for patience amid my obvious anxiety.

Recently I bit a person briefly (doesnt matter why) on the neck. There were no abrasions, cuts whatsoever if i can recall correctly. I left bite marks on his neck and when I spit out immediately after I noticed I might have some blood in my saliva (whether or not its from the bite, i'm not entirely sure).

I dont trust that person too much due to his recklessness with his lifestyle choices, though in an otherwise rational state of mind it is wrong for me to assume he had any STD/HIV whatsoever.

Am i at risk of HIV/STD infection?

Thank you

Had you read the posters thread you would have seen that at no time were they at risk.

The internet shows a minimal number of recorded cases via biting where obvious skin tears and blood have been noted.

Please do not worry but I think people need to answer with complete honesty and true facts rather than just saying no risk.

There have been a handful of documented cases of serious bites leading to hiv transmission

are the risks (if any) higher if one was a 'biter' and the other a 'receiver'?

sorry to ask this, this is something i'd like to know for future reference

has there been any cases of HIV transmission via love bites or any kind of bite that would lead to bleeding and "broken" skin?

is there even a risk at all?

hope someone answers this

thank you
