blood from ingrown hair/pimple/shaving and vaginal scretions

I've been having protected sex with a new girl since January. Back in December she was having unprotected sex with some other guy. She went for a oraquick test about two months after her last encounter with this guy. The results were negative. I don't know if this is a good enough window period assuming she's telling me the truth. This weekend I popped an ingrown hair/pimple causing it to become very irritated and bleed a little bit. Shortly after I popped the ingrown hair/pimple we had sex and she was riding me. There was a lot of friction and a lot of vaginal secretions got on the ingrown hair/pimple that I just popped. It felt a little cold if that means anything. On top of all this I had just shaved and the base of my penis and entire pubic area was very irritated. Today its Tuesday and I just removed a tiny little scab where I popped the ingrown hair/pimple. I did a search but every situation is a little different. Can I get HIV from this situation?
