I have a test at lab。there many people drawing blood.In front of me a man, bleeding, and blood to get a piece of paper ，The nurse glove contact with the paper on the blood.Help my blood, gloves, contact me real bloody needle wound.can I get hiv from it .

HIV transmission takes place inside the body not outside it.Relax,you had no risk.Learn about the modes of HIV transmission,there aren't many.
You are not listening. Yu never had a risk...whatever "symptoms" you have are not related to HIV.

OP...this is not a concern. HIV becomes inactive very quickly once leaving the body. Plus, you would need a larger amount of blood (on the cotton) and a more severe bleeding wound (not a small poke hole) to allow for infection.
