blood on blade- cut with it- HIV risk

REcently visited a sex worker - who performed masage too. During massage - the person reached out some item from her purse - then continued to massage my hands (fingers). After the massage i noticed a fine thin cut on one finger -same area where she resumed massaging. Assuming she is vile - and got a wet blood lined blade or something or she cut herself few seconds earlier..before cut my skin.. only several seconds air exposure of her blood before entering my blood stream. Am I at high risk of contracting HIV?

You are thinking why too much. She did not cut herself and then cut you trying to give you HIV.
Even if this actually happened it is not a risk.
