blood on clothing

Today I got home and realized there was some blood on my sleeve. I do not have anything on my body that is currently bleeding. Is there any hiv risk if throughout the day i touched the blood spot and touched the inside of my mouth or cuts on my hand? Is there any additional risk of other viruses? thank you.
