blood on cotton wool

i got a blood test today and when the nurse was putting cotton wool on my arm to stop the blood there was a mark that looked like blood on the other side. It definitely wasn't mine and then she wiped my arm with that side. Am i at any risk from this.

Even if it was soaked in blood from an infected HIV patient you didn't have a risk.
