blood rapid test after 88 days.

i was tested today for rapid blood hiv test by using a kit where drop of blood is put on a strip and the the strip shows if the infection is there or not in @ 3 minutes by showing an line at T1 / T2 or C. Sorry i dont know the name of test.

The test was done on 88th day of possible exposure and the results were negative. As i didnt completed 90 days after exposure should i take the 88th day result as conform or should i get the checking done again.

Kindly advice.

for someone who had a risk...YOU DID NOT...a test at 88 days is considered CONCLUSIVE.

move along...you do NOT have a hiv concern ! ! !

sorry for asking you one more question but my basic question is that would the quick test results change in 3 days i.e. From 88th day to 90th day... As 3 months is standard.

84 days is also considered conclusive.

you dont have hiv...move on !   this forum has nothing left to offer
