and stays in between 99 F / 100 F apart from that i had a dry cough which was there for three days but now cough problem is not with me.Here i would like to discuss with you some personal thing, as today is 4th sept. 2008 an year ago in sept. 2007 i had a sex
down in between while giving her long stroke, after a period of minut or so we realise that condom is broken away and we stoped the process in between. From then after two or three days later i got dry cough and 10 days later i had H.I.V test done which comes out to be -ve since then i was continue with the cough problem and doctor said which is because of smoking. Then again 8 months later from my last risk(above incidence) i again had my H.I.V(ELISSA) test done which again comes -ve now an year later from that sex i am having a low grade fever as i have mention at the top i am worried as if this fever may be the symptoms of H.I.V virus as i had some rashness in my throat as well. Please let me know whether this fever is a symptom of H.I.V or this is something else and also should i feel my self H.I.V -ve after getting these test done and stop worring about having infected by H.I.V virus
stop! You had a test eight months after and you were negative you are negative period! ok? Symptoms are no predictor of HIV, ARS does not last a year or linger or go away and return so on all counts you are fine. There is no need to waste time and resource testing anymore except for whatever is causing your ailments which is 1billion percent not HIV. Good luck all the best.
Thanks a lot for making me feel better.Since i had my H.I.V test done 8 months later from risk i was all fine and living my healthy but what is making me worried is my fever which is still here from last two weeks and it never happened with me i had my vidal and typhoid test done and report is -ve as well. But still i am worried is 8 month is enough time for body to show antibodies against H.I.V
enough time? I don;t think in modern HIV testing anyone has tested later than six months. Truth is the only reasosn it would take longer than 90 days is if you were on immuno-suppressants for cancer or some other disease. Taking pwerful chemotherapy drugs or an Intravenous drug user. Assuming you are none of these there is no chance it would take longer than 90 days our bodies are all pretty much the same. Don't post anymore on this particular question as you are conclusively fine without a doubt and no one here will eb abel to add anything more to that. Good luck all the best.,
