bruises on Penis After Receiving Blowjob

Please I received a blowjob last weekend and noticed that there was bruise on the head of my penis.What are the
of me catching hiv? I could see just tiny blood when i used the tissue to clean the bruise. I am so scared.This lasted for about 7 minute.
The woman is a random person who approach me that night...Probably needed money to buy drugs from the looks.She collected £10 from me.
