can i relax and move on

I had sex with a masseuse on the 19th of June 2014 . one time only and condom was used (vaginal intercourse) she put the condom and when we finished she rolled it off ( Condom not broken , dont know if it had holes or not) and the condom cover the whole shaft (Magnam Condom was used) any ways... Two weeks later i went to do test for full STD (RNA and PCR i think) came out negative for all. on October i did another full STD test and HIV came out negative (dont know what time of tests was done). December 20th i did also all STD tests  results came negative HIV &I Abs+ p.24 Ag 0.25 (non reactive) . and i also did two weeks ago a PCR test for HIV and came out negative (some doctor advised me to do it after 6 months, dont know if this is true or not and he also said to do one on the one year mark of exposure. can some one explain this, is he wasting my money or what>?

Finally on 10th of Jan 2015 i did Combo test for HIV and came out non reactive.

My question is , the doctor got me confused about retesting on one year mark after exposure, and im also afraid that im carrying the virus without symptoms, cuz im getting married in two months and dont wont to get my wife sick. please help me and advice me.... is it enough or i have to do it again in one year mark....
