can i release now after 10 weeks' hiv test result being negative

Hello Dr.,
I topped a man (who seemed like having more than 60 friends with benefits) without protection in the end of Aug., at that time i just recovered from the flu.
During the intercourse, i DID NOT suck his dick and there was no bleeding blood of us. I deeply kissed with him.
After that , i was so concerned about the chance that he carried hiv virus and if i were infected with hiv virus.
My HIV test results as follows,
2 weeks CDC negative (ab)
4 weeks CDC negative (ab)
39 days Hospital negative (4rd ag&ab)
8 weeks Hospital negative (3rd ab)
10 weeks CDC negative (ab)

during these 2 months i had low fever (37.1-37.4) , few days' diarrhea , sore throat which last till now.

So here's the question:
1. what's the hiv window periods ACCURATELY is?
2. how's my HIV test accuracy for 10 weeks(negative)?
3. is it necessary for me to take a test again in 12 weeks?
4. will the result turn positive  in 12 weeks?
