can semen that was exposed to air and then later on got into anal/*** can transmit hiv?

I had sex with this guy who later on I found out was hiv +. I received oral from him, without me giving. Also he used his finger that might be exposed to his precum into my ***. After a while he ***. He then wrapped on a condom without wiping off his *** completely, Im assuming, and because of that the comdom might had been covered with some of him ***. He then **** me with that condom for maybe 5 mins.
In this situation, I was very concerned if I had infected with hiv. What should i do. Are there any test that I can go in order to know FOR SURE I dint get infected? It takes up 6 mths for the virus to completely in function and for me to detect whether or not Im infected. I need a quicker way or are there any test that I can go?
