can this not be hiv?

Dear Experts i did something stupid.I was drunk and as a result of peer influence i had sex with a black south african prostitute. The condom burst but i only realised this after a minuet.I developed sores on my penile head but found out late about PEP and have head Seroconversion sickness at 2-7wks in the form of nausea, runny stomach, swollen lymph nodules (of which i could feel one on top of the other on both sides of my pelvic area) night sweats, joint and muscle (sholdier) pains and white toungue, mild fever .

After 5 1/2 months my toungue is still white and feels like it was burned by hot tea.

I had a series of hiv tests PCR, ELA, rapid (wks 1,2,3,6,9,10,12,13,14,18,20) which have come out negative.

1) Since SAfrica has the highest hiv is it not possible that i may have caught many striens which coupled with stress and anxiety have lead to false negatives up to 5 months.(white toungue and stress evidence a week immune system).
2) I have developed a cough which i managed to subdue with over th counter cough medicine-however my chest is still painfull and feels like hot sand being applied to a sensitive area.My cousin who is a dr thinks i must be screened for pneumonia.
3) Is it also possible to jump from newly hiv + to the full blown AIDS stage as white toungue and pnemonia are found at this stage.

Please help

You are HIV negative; any antibody test that you took at 12 weeks or later proved it. Stress/anxiety cannot produce a false negative- the immune system will still produce antibodies against any virus that enters your system. See a doctor if you are concerned about pneumonia- it has nothing to do with HIV.
