can you catch hiv from a girl who touched herself briefly, and then touched your penis

Recently I made the mistake of going to a strip club.  The stripper touched her privates.  She did not insert her finger or rub for a prolonged period.  Just a quick touch.  She then shortly after ran her hand down my pants and fondled my penis.  Can one catch HIV this way.  I figure it to be nearly impossible, but would like some feedback.

Is it because the fluids cannot survive outside the body for long?  I have heard that HIV is not contained in lubricating fluids, but then I read that HIV is contained in vaginal fluids.  What is the difference....if any?
