can you get hiv this way?

This is probley one of the stupidest questions but I need to ask. Can you get hiv thru wiping with toilet paper with urine on it? Example- the toilet paper dampened by falling in the toilet bowel. I had an experience where I wiped my anus with this damp toilet paper and I have a anus fissure gross I know but didn't think too much about it , but later on it kind of hit me like a train, what if this paper was in the toilet bowl and had someones urine or blood in it at the time. It was a hospital bathroom so maybe it was damp from the cleaners cart by setting it on something wet I hope!It would be alot off my mind if you could answer this thank you.
