Having cancer has nothing to do with having HIV. A woman who is HIV positive would be more likely to develop cervical cancer than one who is HIV negative, but any woman can ge cervical cancer regardless of their serostatus. If a woman is positive and has cervical cancer, this in no way means she has AIDS...
All things aside, you have posted ENTIRELY too much and have been assessed multiple times. The only way to know your status is to get an HIV antibody test at 3 months post exposure. Please move along.
