chances of getting infected

dear doctor
    I had unprotected single encounter with hiv positive women & I had hiv antibody blood test in government hospital at ictc centre at 24 day mark, my result was negative, but I am afraid n deep problem that are the chances of getting infected & I am male circumcision.... please help me out sir....

Your ECLIA test seems to be an antibody test, which requires 3 months to be considered conclusive. If your test report does not mention p24 Antigen on it, then it is a 3rd generation Antibody test. Suggest you to get a Duo test done any time now, collect your conclusive report and move on with your life normally, excluding the possibility of the infection definitely.

dear all

   my 30th day hiv clia test is 0.06 ( non -reactive)  now what is your opinion,  but today I found that  mouth with red ulcers type on both left n right side plz advice I am in deep tension...

that's not a conclusive test. you need the 4th generation combo antigen/ antibody test at 28 days for accurate results. good luck - chances are you were not infected.
