Protected sex using a condom is not a risk for HIV. Using condoms is how people prevent and avoid HIV. Fingering is not a risk because it's not possible to get infected through your finger, even if you had a scratch, bruise, pimple, papercut, hangnail, whatever. Still not a risk.

The only way HIV can be transmitted sexually is through UNprotected anal or vaginal sex with an infected person. Since you had NO RISK then whatever is going on with you has nothing to do with HIV. Keep working with your doctor to figure out proper treatment but HIV is 100% ruled out as a cause since you didn't have a risk.

have anyone ever heard of hiv transmission with protected sex? no break or leakage in latex condom?

This is not a doctor's office. It's an HIV assessment forum where people post their risk and get evaluated on whether they have been exposed to HIV. Posting a bunch of symptoms isn't going to get you anywhere. We're not doctors.

If you're not well then go see a doctor. But if you had what you think is a risk factor for HIV and you want to ask about that, then you will get an answer.
