chlamydia

I recently sleep with a woman without protection, 3 days later she says I gave her chlamydia. Ive been to many websites and it says symptoms dont appear for at least 1 to 3 weeks. Is it possible that she would get symptoms in 3 days? If the answer is yes how common is it to appear this early.

Was she test for chlamydia? Chlamydia is known as a "silent" disease because about three quarters of infected women and about half of infected men have no symptoms. If symptoms do occur, they usually appear within 1 to 3 weeks after exposure. If she tested for chlamydia and is positive my suggestion to you is go get tested. The incubation period for chlamydia is 7-14 days so I hardly doubt it that you gave it to her, but the chances she gave it to you are good.
