clarification about the test

hi drs.

i had an unprotected sex last april 22,2015
last june 12,2015 i went to the clinic and had a hiv test. they said the test is quailty test , and it will test  whether you have the virus or not.....today june 15, i got the result (after 3days) , and the result is nonreactive.

this is the Result
SEROLOGY
Hiv1 & 2 (quali)
method: immunochromatography
kit: SD HIV1/2
RESULT: nonreactive

1. is this conclusive? do i have to go for another test?

2. how if the blood sample was stock for how many days, does it still give an accurate result?

Last year. If i remember the date correctly, march or april of 2014, i had a CT scan. And found that i am ok.  My question is, do CT scan  can delay antibody production?

1. 3 month antibody test is conclusive, but an 8 week test will not change.

2. How would it not?
