cold and night sweats

hello Doctor
In april, this year I have a encounter with an unknown girl. She had given me oral for say 1-2 mins and there after I sucked her breasts for 2 min and some liqiud enterned a drop in my mouth. Later after 2-3 weeks I got itchy throat , allergic rhinitis and frequent cold. last few days I am getting mild night sweats in my head . usually i get more sweating than others. I dont have weight loss, fever and swollen glands or dry cough and diarhea (diarrhea).
my doc says cold and itchy throat are due to alergy (allergy) and my serum IGE for allergy is 288 which shud be 100 for a adult.
please help I am too worried. r ythese symptoms suggest mild or beginning of HIV ? I am getting rash also on my shoulders and back which gets cured in 10-15 days.
i am worried pl help.
