combo test at 23 and 40 days

Previously, I am sorry for my bad English………..
I had unprotected sex and unprotected oral sex with a Russian woman (not a Casual Sex Worker said). I have tested at 23.day and 40.day of my exposure in very serious and private chain of laboratories (much like GUM) in Turkey; they said the 4th generation COMBO / DUO is used (VIDAS and confirmed by Abbott AxSYM). My results are in below;

                       40. day                    23. day
HIV Ab............ NEGATIVE 0.08........ NEGATIVE... 0.03.......... NEGATIVE <0.25
HIV P24 Ag......NEGATIVE 0.01........ NEGATIVE....0.00.......... NEGATIVE <0.25

1-) Should I relax? How certain are these results as percentage %?
2-) The increasing of my HIV Ab value is dangerous indication for next test? Is the change fearful?

3 months post exposure will give you a conclusive test result.
