concerns about hiv

hello there, i just wanted to say how great i think this site is and the people on here, i found alot of useful information and think its great about people talking about these things as where many people dont even talk about them. a little over 8 weeks ago i gave and received unprotected oral sex from a male, i am a male as well. i know this is a low risk encounter but i had some symptoms such as fatiuge, bumps and raw spots in the mouth with a little blood when i briushed my teeth and tounge and rashes on my arm. i took a 8 week rapid oraquick test which came back as negative, i know this sounds good, at least thats what i keep telling myself at 8 weeks, but its very stressing when its actually you, i also noticed redness around the tip of my penis, and under my foreskin, it comes and goes, it usually goes away in a few hours to like 3 days, then a reappears. the same is true on my arm and legs and feet, i will get red blotches on them just random red marks. i even saw alot of redness on the inner cheeks of my buttox, i just feel a little concered, is redness and itch, perhaps a rash on the arms and legs something associated with hiv, i cannot find any other std which has these kind of symptoms. is hiv something i should be concerned about after a 8 week test, is that enough time for detectable antibodys, and is redness on the body something associated with acute hiv. thank you so much for taking the time to read this im just really concerned, i really do appriciate your knowlede on this and your opinions, thanks again
