condom effectivness cdc

hello i have had a sort of heart attack when i fonund this on the cdc website:
http://www.cdc.gov/condomeffectiveness/brief.html
where it's stated that condom doesn't guarantee absolute protection against hiv
i ask the everybody and the doctors to make light on the subject:
is it just a "disclaimer " or is it real?

then it is also stated that test have revealed that not the smallest virus can overpass the latex barrier.
isn't that a paradox?
if the virus doesn't pass how can you be infected?

please go and read the article and make as many posts as you can

You have no concerns of contracting HIV from a correctly and consistently used condom. Use condoms...If you don't know how to use a condom. LEARN..

You don't contract HIV from correctly and consistently used condoms.

You failed to add this to your post from the URL you sited;  The failure of condoms to protect against STD/HIV transmission usually results from inconsistent or incorrect use, rather than product failure.
