condom fluid touch penis scared

please any body help me im not english speaking native my english is not good. i have a sex with prostitute before 1 month.i am sure condom didnot broke during peneration but after removing condom outer part of wet condom tip with vaginal fluid touch and rubbed my penis head.now i am afraid about that vaginal fluid and my semen on penis tip combines gives a hiv positive result. there is no more time gap between removing and touching may some virus enter my utherea please help me hiv can transfer like this way or not?

Result is negetive(0.47) what is this 0.47 can it increase up to 1.0

Hi again i get tested at 14 weeks that is hiv combi(hiv i and iiabs +p24 ag)eclia at united arab emirates this is accurate or not im very scard because i got flu like illness joint pain finger pain and infection  white spot on tounge help please

hello please help  now i get symptoms fever joint pain cough in throad etc im now too much scared about vaginal fluid from condom actually what are chances of transmit outside of body if i have open fresh cut also it depends on viral load or not

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

thank u so much for help again this is last comment have you ever seen live this case getting hiv?and i am worried about that vaginal fluid may got stock  on my foreskin im hindu thats why.inside foreskin i have dot like pimples before 15 years can it enter to blood sterm through pimples. how long does vaginal fluid live outside of condom there is 15 sec gap for removing condom.please reply i am dying  about this i am at  risk or not.now today is six weeksfinish how can i test now?
