condom semi-slippage

Dear Doctor,
I am a 25 years old female. Few days ago I had a sexual intercourse with a guy
of unknown hiv status. The intercourse was protected by a condom, but at some point we stopped for a while and when he was out I noticed that the condom wasn't properly put in place though it wasn't completely off, the penis shaft was uncovered while it looked like the penis tip was still covered (but I can't be 100% sure, it was dark!). I got a routine hiv test about 3 months ago, and of course i was negative and since then this is the only intercourse I had, so my question is, do I need to get tested for hiv again after this 'accident'? When? In case the answer is yes, do you think this is a high risk exposure or testing is only recomended in order to be 100% sure? Do you think I can be confident enough that my result will be negative or not? Please help me, I always have safe sex, I'm really careful about it, I'm freaking out a bit now!
