condom slip with escort. risk?

I stupidly went to see an escort 2 nights ago, first off receiving oral unprotected. She seemed safety conscious and wiped me down and did not have any sores or cuts in or around her mouth.

She then put a condom on me and we had sex for around a minute (I was quite drunk) before I ejaculated. However when I pulled out the condom was not on. My semen however was on the tip of my penis, which suggests that I ejaculated in the condom and it came off as I pulled out however it is possible I was inside her for 10-20 seconds unprotected.

When I told her the condom was off she seemed shocked but then calmed down and told me the condom was just at the base and had slipped off at the end (this is blurry I was grabbing wipes and cleaning myself)

I am circumcised and everything looks fine down below I am just wondering what the risks are that I could have got HIV or other STIs from this exposure?

The condom slipped off upon withdrawal; therefore you could not have been exposed. No risk, no need for HIV testing, don't give it a second thought, just forget about it and move on with your life.
