confused about an act

dear sir i had sex with an prostitute protected of course but after finishing she removed the condom and first she wiped her vagina with the tissues and with the same tissue she wiped my pennis vigourously near my pee hole. so sir my question when she wiped her vagina her fluids could have contacted to tissue paper would have been entered in to my pee hole so what are the chances of hiv due to this act.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
