confusion from the nurse about hiv risk

DEAR everyone:
Thanks for your great job.Today i went to a Hospital for Infectious Diseases. It is the designated hospital for HIV Infected persons,so there may be many hiv infected people(Pray for them),i went to check my Liver function,so i  draw blood.the nurse did not wash her hand before she draw my blood,so i am worried that if there were some hiv blood or other infection fluids on her hand and she touched the needle and then it was pierced in my vein.WILL this bring me any risk?
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

The needle was not stained with HIV blood, and the nurse wouldn't have obviously bloody hands drawing your blood.

These worries are not rational.  You should consider talking to a mental health professional.

You cannot get HIV in this manner, hand washing or not.

Not a rational concern.
