congested chest with stiff neck

I HAVE JUST DONE THE MOST CRAziest thing when i was in Thailand 5 weeks back. dunno wat went thru my mind, i engage oral sex with a massage lady. and foolishly i LICKED her vagina like a maddog and fingered her WHEN i had slight bleeding gum from brushing my teeth during the morning AND had little cut in my finger (i have bad habit of biting finger nails and the skin)...I  KNOW...i am a very  very nervous person. I licked for about 20 minutes or....

few weeks back after the incident, i had taken medication like panadols and antibiotics to keep to control of my sicknesss: slight fever (2 days), light cough (on and off) , tingling feeling on tips of my fingers, sorethoat, headache, stiff neck, and nausea (felt VOmiittyy), sweat while sleeping (1 night)...i am SOOO afraid all these symptoms sounds like hiv. AM I infected?

This week my health is okay accept for CHEST CONGESTION (HIV symptom????). Whenever i take a deep deep deep breath, I COUGH. when i breath deeper i can feel my lungs feels kinda full...or congested. i also have very stiff neck.
i am sooooooOOo WORRRIEED sick down to the core....

pls advice me...

have i got infected with HIV from licking her vagina for 20 minutes with sore-gum and possible cut on my finger?
do my symptoms sound like acute hiv?
what about my congested lungs, does it sounds like  acute hiv? its been 5-6 weeks after the incident.


Please nurse and teak or anybody that can help meeeeeeee.

ive read many of your posts and most of the standard answer is "No you cant get infected from GIVING oral sex" BUT is it still possible that i got it???? I seriosly pray to god that i will be okay. i seriously do. i am sooo stuppidd. i have disgraceed  my family.

As you were advised. You were never at risk of contracting HIV. Whatever your symptoms are, are unrelated to HIV.

lymph node: located behind the chin and before the neck area
(there's two of them next to each other). one is smaller than the other. Whenever i touch or apply pressure on the slightly enlarged lympnode, i feel pain. where as the other one doesnt feel any pain.

(1) i feel it is growing a little bigger from what i last remember.

(2) when i tilt my head up, i can feel the pressure of my lymph node

(3) when my head is horizontal (eg: looking at the computer), there's no pain

(4) when i touch the lymph node and applied some pressure on it, i can feel the pain and pressure (sorta feels like prss

is this possible hiv infection?

I am so sorry to trouble. my last question is, if a person has contracted hiv, how enlarged would a lymp node grow? is it painful?

i ve read so many articles in the internet but they just got me really worked-up and i need the correct information from person like you who had many many many years of experience in this area.

First of all....a person cannot tell by feeling if they have an enlarged lymph nodes.  That takes a medical professional with years of experience to do so.  Lymph nodes ARE normally palpable anyway, in their normal state.

And, NO, swollen lymph nodes associated with new HIV infection are NOT painful...nor do they typically occur in just one area,

my neck has gone from bad to worst.

i have never felt like this before. its like i need to do neck exercise almost every hour to release the tension on my neck area.

On the back of my head (within my hair ara), there are 4 sorta like pimples (could be something else) growing...it is painful when i touch them.

is this acute hiv infection? is it possible?

it has been almost 2 months after the incident and i still have a damn stiff neck and now spreading to shoulder and i cant focus on my work as well as before.......

And on the back of my head, there's pimples or some sort growing and its been there for about 2 weeks already...
