contact between sexual liquids and blood

Hello everyone,
i go often to a gay sauna, but i do not have sexual relationships because of my fear to std. I just have masturbations with other men. I had an scratch in the penis that was already close. But a few days ago at home, just touching a bit, i reopened the scratch, So i thinkthe scratch was not properly close. Do i have any risk of getting the hiv because of the contact between my scratch and the possible rests of sperm that those men could still have in the hands ?
I am suffering a lot.
Thank you.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

This event is a NO RISK event, even *if* sperm got onto your scratch.  The only two ways that HIV is contracted are listed above.
