contact on cut

I shook hands with a friend that had a fresh cut on his hand, there was still little blood from the cut. The blood came in contact with the cut that i had on my own hand from a cut I had earlier in the day and stained my shirt, felt it on my face as we hugged after a long time. If it got into my mouth/or through the cut on my hand can i be infected if he is POSITIVE ?  I am worried.

Avoid unprotected sex and dont share equipments to do drug works that all you have to do to stay away from hiv ok .Your cuts and shaking hands have nothing to do with hiv.
