could be a EBV false positive after 3 months?a possible HIV infection?

Hello,
3 months ago I was in Thailand and participated in a safe sex with a local girl. (I always use protection).
in one of the times we had sex she started to bleed from her vagina.. not so much blood but a few drops.. when I saw that i immediately finished our session and cleaned myself... 3 weeks after I went to china and had sore throad with swollen tonsils.. i took pennicilin (it was stupid) and came back home after a week or two.. i developed a rash on all of my body.. they blood tested my and found i'm high on VCA IgG and IgM.. no EBNA. after 2 weeks at home i felt fine and the rash was gone. I felt very good... now after 3 months I feel sick.. muscle weakness.. fatigue.. malaise.. and muscle "jumps" and feeling "ants" on my hands and feet.. i got blood tested and everything looks fine.. except for the same EBV results.. VCA IgG and IgM.. no EBNA. one doctor told me to check HIV. could it really be HIV? since then I didn't have sex at all(which is another problem.. but a smaller one).. i'm really worried about this...
Thanks in advance..
Sincerely worried,
..

I have no clue about a EBV test or what can interfere with it. Talk to your Dr about it.

thanks
another and final last question.. I know you said that I couldn't get HIV from that incident. but theoretically asking (I very hope so :) ), can HIV interfere with an EBV test? like making  the test false positive because someone's got HIV? I mean both right after infection and 3 months after infection.
thank you again!

You had protected sex, you would not have gotten HIV from protected sex.
